Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group has been active in the stage of QC publication at home and abroad, and won 20 international QC gold awards from 2015 to 2019. Won the "16th consecutive crown" in the national pharmaceutical industry QC competition. Mission as quality cast protective wall


As the saying goes, life is more important than Mount Tai, and the epidemic is an order. Many people were blocked at home by the sudden epidemic of the Spring Festival this year, and as the person in charge of the laboratory of the Quality Management Department, Liu Xiaoqing returned to work as soon as possible, always stuck to the first line of the company's inspection work, and was the first to arrive at the laboratory every day and personally responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of the laboratory. In the morning, the medium was stored in the microbiome and prepared. In the afternoon, I checked the dissolution and brittleness of finished products in the physical and chemical group, worked overtime to coordinate and arrange the release plan, and demonstrated the spirit of leading the way with practical actions! The quality management department completed 120% of the workload with only 50% of the personnel, and successfully completed the inspection and release of drugs.


As we all know, quality control is the last barrier for products to enter the market, and the quality management Department has practiced the original intention and mission of medical people in this war without smoke, and jointly built the "protective wall" for epidemic prevention and control.


It is hard to solve the real problem


In line with the artisan spirit of "excellence, tackling difficulties", the QC team of "Woodpecker" set up a military writ of "reducing the consumption of PVC hard sheets in S capsule packaging line and improving production efficiency"! Invite engineers from equipment manufacturers, experienced operators and equipment managers to focus on discussing and finding problems. Team members and experts sorted out a total of 11 end factors using cause-and-effect diagram tools and investigated them one by one through field tests. The main causes of the problems of improper molding temperature, improper running speed, hot sealing temperature, stamping temperature and aluminum foil tension were determined.


After identifying the reasons, Zhang Haiping, the director of the workshop, and all members of the team worked overtime spontaneously. After nearly 6 months of testing, they finally found out the best process parameters and improvement measures for the automatic packaging line of S capsule, which perfectly solved the above problems and ensured the quality of the products.


In the 39th National Pharmaceutical industry Quality management (QC) group paper publication activities, the Beijing Haiyan "Woodpecker" QC group's "Reducing the consumption of PVC hard sheet in S capsule packaging line and improving production efficiency" topic, after rounds of fierce competition, was finally awarded the "first prize of results publication" and "Best Publication Award".


Craftsmen seek excellence to create a brand


In order to strictly control the quality of drugs, the company has set up a chief quality officer in the key positions of quality management, giving its quality and safety "veto power" to escort the quality of drugs in the enterprise.


Li Qin, chief quality Officer of Beijing Haiyan, who is also the leader of the QC team of "Morning Bell", led the development of a fingerprint detection method for volatile components of S capsule with the subject of "Establishing a method for the detection of non-volatile components of S capsule", which is the first method for the multi-component quality control of Chinese traditional medicine preparations.


Li Qin led the team to conduct repeated trials, conducting research from the aspects of system applicability, specificity, repeatability, precision, intermediate precision, durability, stability experiment, fingerprint similarity, etc., and finally completed the change of the method of volatile component fingerprint of S Zhike capsule, and the trustee (Jiangsu Stock and Jiangsu Longfengtang) initiated the change simultaneously. It laid a solid foundation for the quality control of S capsule.


In the 40th National Pharmaceutical Industry Quality Management (QC) group paper publication activity, the "Establishment of non-volatile components of S capsule detection method" was finally awarded the "First prize in results publication", ensuring the realization of the "product pass rate 100%" index.
