At the meeting, Li Qin, Minister of Quality Management Department, made a mobilization report on the background, purpose, theme and daily arrangement of the 26th "Quality Month" activity. The report requires the extensive implementation of "Quality Month" activities to enhance the sense of responsibility of employees at all levels, focus on "high quality", comprehensively and systematically improve management capabilities, adhere to the problem-oriented, and actively discover, analyze and solve practical problems in the development process.
Zhang Lei, Minister of Human Resources, conveyed the important instructions of Ou Yongyu, General manager of the company, to the quality month activity:
First, all staff should fully study the spirit of the meeting and continue to implement high quality in our work process during the quality month. The quality month activity plan should be fully discussed within the department, focusing on the requirements of the company's activity program, bold innovation, and full participation.
Second, all staff should strengthen the sense of responsibility and strengthen the sense of responsibility. Only when the program design is fully considered and the implementation process is solid, the quality of the work can be guaranteed.
