I. Report on the work and study results of college students


Four students from the class of 2020 reviewed the work results and experience of the past year, reflected on the shortcomings of the past work and proposed the next improvement measures.


Six students from the class of 2021 talked about their learning gains since joining the company, actively found the shortcomings in the current management and technology of the company and the department, and put forward suggestions for optimization.


2. Share with college students' tutors


After each student's report, the corresponding supervisor expressed high recognition of the work performance of the students he had taught since their entry, and gave suggestions for their future development based on their own experience.


(1) Participate in the key work of the department, learn more about other business knowledge related to the position, expand my thinking and knowledge, improve my knowledge structure, combine theory with practice, dig deep into my shortcomings, find the blind spots or shortcomings of the department management, bravely put forward my own ideas, brainstorm with colleagues in the department and make joint improvements. Let the department and the individual grow together.


(2) In the process of work, see more, ask more, learn more and think more, find and improve the blocked points in the work process and standards, and improve the work efficiency. At the same time, it is necessary to complete the role transformation from students to employees as soon as possible, deeply understand their own positions, benchmark the competency of positions, find gaps, and carry out targeted self-improvement.


(3) Develop the habit of summary, find problems in the review, clear the direction of improvement, and at the same time, make clear their development goals in the process of growth, understand their current stage and the goal of the next stage, and gradually enrich themselves with a direction and a plan.

The two sisters suggested that college students should not be too eager to absorb new knowledge, bite off more than they can chew, and slowly form their own pace of work and study. After the sharing of the students in 2019, the heads of the participating departments made comprehensive comments on the performance of the students and put forward expectations.

It is hoped that college students can learn to sum up their experiences into experiences and use them to guide themselves or others to better carry out their work. At the same time, they can make great progress by combining the guidance of their mentors and their own precipitation.


(3) To invest more time and energy in learning, learning by doing, learning from others, self-learning. We should grasp every opportunity for communication, examine our shortcomings, learn from the strengths of others, and constantly improve.
