On the morning of October 24, three members of the Beijing Haiyan Party Branch came to the headquarters of Gepai Town Central School, Lantian County, Xi 'an, Shaanxi Province, to carry out charitable donation activities. Due to the weather, the donation ceremony was held in the Party member activity room of Gepai Town Central School. The donation ceremony was attended by more than 50 people, including three representatives of Beijing Haiyan Party Branch, school principals and grade teachers.

The donation ceremony was presided over by the dean of the school. After introducing a to the guests, the principal, as a representative of the school, made a speech, expressing deep gratitude to the donor, encouraging and caring to the students of the school, and warning them to be grateful, not forget the original intention, and strive to make progress. Subsequently, Comrade Jia Yuning, leader of the production Quality Party group, spoke as a representative of the donor. In his speech, he mentioned that the love donation activity built a bridge of love for all the staff of Beijing Haiyan, and also sent hope to the students of the mountain school. During the ceremony, a total of 105 extracurricular reading books, 46 stationery sets and 2 office computers were distributed to students. The total cost of materials was about 13,000 yuan and 46 students were assisted.

 Comrade Zhu Ranran, a representative of the Party, said of the children's education conditions: "The school's teachers are OK, and what the students need most is more opportunities to see the outside world. Some of the school is left-behind children, but I still hope that these children can be cared for and loved by society and the school."
