I. Basic situation of enterprise environmental information

Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., established in 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group in Northern China and the only R&D center of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group in Northern China. Located in Life Science Park, Changping District, the company covers an area of 64978.96 square meters and mainly produces Suhuang cough capsules. The company has built a sewage treatment station, 15 waste gas treatment facilities, and 1 hazardous waste storage.

2. Main pollutants

1, the main water pollutants are: COD, BOD, SS, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, PH, total organic carbon

2, exhaust pollutants are mainly: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, NMHC, toluene, ammonia, hydrogen chloride, odor concentration.

3. Pollutant discharge standards

1. Water pollutant discharge standard: DB11/307-2013

Permissible emission concentration limit of PH 6.5-09, permissible emission concentration limit of suspended matter 400mg/L, permissible emission concentration limit of total phosphorus 8.0mg/L, permissible emission concentration limit of ammonia nitrogen 45mg/L, total organic carbon 150mg/L, chemical oxygen demand 500mg/L, five-day biochemical oxygen demand 300mg/L, total nitrogen 70mg/L.

2. The emission standard of air pollutants is DB11/501-2017, and the emission standard of air pollutants in the pharmaceutical industry is GB37823-2019

The permissible emission concentration limit is 10mg/Nm3 for particulate matter, 100mg/Nm3 for total volatile organic matter, 20mg/Nm3 for total non-methane hydrocarbons, 10mg/Nm3 for toluene, 10mg/Nm3 for ammonia, and 10mg/Nm3 for hydrogen chloride.

4. Monitoring the situation

In 2020, the company has a total of 330 days of production and 330 days of environmental monitoring. Among them, the 15 exhaust gas monitoring points of the enterprise were monitored 4 times, the 1 waste water monitoring point was monitored 4 times, the 4 noise monitoring points were monitored 2 times, and the unorganized exhaust gas emissions of the factory boundary were monitored 2 times.

5. Monitoring results

1. Monitoring results of waste gas pollutant discharge

A total of 10 exhaust pollutants were monitored throughout the year, including particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, non-methane total hydrocarbons, dust, toluene, and total volatile organic compounds, and the standard compliance rate was 100%.

2. Monitoring results of pollutant discharge in wastewater

Eight pollutants in wastewater were monitored throughout the year, including COD, BOD, SS, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, PH, and total organic carbon. COD was monitored four times, and the annual average monitoring concentration was 56.5mg/m3, the maximum monitoring concentration was 65mg/m3, and the minimum monitoring concentration was 48mg /m3, reaching the standard rate of 100%. Among them, BOD was monitored for four times, with an annual average monitoring concentration of 16.35mg/m3, the maximum monitoring concentration of 18.2mg/m3, and the minimum monitoring concentration of 14.5 mg/m3, which reached the standard rate of 100%. Among them, ammonia nitrogen was monitored for four times, with an annual average monitoring concentration of 13.6mg/m3, the maximum monitoring concentration of 13.6mg/m3 and the minimum monitoring concentration of 13.6mg/m3, and the standard compliance rate was 100%. Total phosphorus was monitored four times, and the annual average monitoring concentration was 2.26mg/m3, the maximum monitoring concentration was 2.26mg/m3, the minimum monitoring concentration was 2.26mg/m3, and the standard reaching rate was 100%.

3. Factory boundary noise monitoring results

The factory boundary noise was monitored twice A year, the annual average monitoring concentration was 50.45dB (A), the maximum monitoring concentration was 51.3dB (A), the minimum monitoring concentration was 49.6dB(A), and the standard compliance rate was 100%.

4. Monitoring results of the influence of surrounding environmental quality

All pollutants were discharged according to standards.

6. Disposal of hazardous waste

Our company's hazardous wastes are mainly produced in pharmaceutical research institutes, solid workshops and laboratories of quality control Department. The main types are waste medicine, waste liquid, laboratory waste, activated carbon, sludge and waste packaging. We sign a disposal agreement with Beijing Jinyu Mangrove Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. every year and transfer and dispose of them by Beijing Jinyu Mangrove Environmental Protection Co., LTD. In 2020, 46.51,733 tons of hazardous waste will be disposed of.
