Originally, because of the many factors affecting the number of chromatographic peak separation and separation effect, the members of the Morning bell QC team collectively encountered difficulties in the screening of the classification scheme, in order to successfully break through the experimental bottleneck, the members who are good at this field did not go home overnight.

Summer is the season of passion, but also the season of hard work! Our team has encountered such a problem, 168 chromatographic peaks in GC-MS detection, so many chromatographic peaks in the end which common characteristic peak is more convenient for daily detection? It was a difficult problem for the team members. Finally, the problem was simplified, searched through Nist2016 mass spectrometry database, and determined the composition of each chromatographic peak combined with manual spectral decomposition. Then, 12 chromatographic peaks with perillone peak area content >0.01% were calibrated as common peaks, and then verified whether the fingerprint could be established. Through a lot of experiments, we finally achieved our goal.

Subsequently, after rounds of fierce competition on the battlefield of the 40th National pharmaceutical industry QC paper publication exchange meeting, we were finally awarded the "First prize of results publication".
