According to the group's "13th Five-Year Plan" strategic objectives and the overall requirements of "optimization transformation and strategic adjustment", Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical research and development based on the "resource-integrated innovation" model, relying on the brand advantages of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group, combined with the regional advantages of Beijing Haiyan, the implementation of "large research and development, small production" strategic planning, to promote the steady and high-quality development of enterprises.

Innovation and research and development are the inexhaustible driving force for the long-term and sustainable development of enterprises. Beijing Haiyan R & D material funds accounted for more than 30% of the total R & D investment, in view of the company's R & D projects, mixed types of materials, difficult control of the status quo, our "sharing" QC team set this topic as "reduce R & D material idle rate", to promote the healthy development of enterprises.

After selecting the topic, the members of the "shared" QC team checked each warehouse of the research and development one by one. Since colleagues in the finance department were not familiar with the information of R&D materials, the team members could only check each project account with the actual material one by one. During the weekend, I had further communication with the library staff and the team leader of the research and development project in view of the problems.
