In order to fully implement the various policies, rules and regulations of the group, expand public opinion communication and supervision channels, and ensure the healthy operation of various businesses of the enterprise, the group supervision and inspection department accepts reports and complaints from all sectors of society and the general public about problems and violations in enterprise management.

1、 Notice on Reporting

1. Any unit or individual who discovers misconduct, misappropriation of company property, embezzlement, corruption, and other violations of discipline and law by relevant units or employees of the group, as well as criticism, opinions, and suggestions against the Supervision and Inspection Department and its auditors for violating law enforcement, can report or reflect.

2. The whistleblower can have their real name (which will be strictly confidential), and their name, contact phone number, mobile phone number, email address, and contact address should be clearly stated in at least two items, in order to further understand the situation or provide a response.

3. The informant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the reported materials provided, and shall not falsify, fabricate, or distort facts, nor falsely accuse or frame others.

4. The content of the report should be as detailed as possible, and the unit, time, location, main clues and evidence, names and basic facts of the personnel involved in the suspected violations should be clearly defined for investigation.
